Blogger is being weird

What's the deal with Blogger? Yesterday was totally odd. I tried getting into Blogger all day long and it wouldn't let me do anything. I saw some neat stuff. Like a whole new way of choosing templates, getting to Layout etc. It was a lot different from what it has looked like. Did anyone else see it? Was it a random thing happening? Let me know!

    I've noticed a change in the fonts on my dashboard...and what I don't understand is the formatting!!! Sometimes it just does it's own thing, regardless of any changes I make in my post...like capitalizing!!! Blogger and me aren't always very compatible!!!

    Yes looks like we are getting some new systems to play with - plus error messages so I guess all is not 100% OK.
