In Search of the Little Black Dress

This is the first year of my life where I will actually need some dresses to attend weddings, showers, and tea parties. So here are some of my findings...I haven't ordered most of these, but the reviews on the sites are somewhat favorable. Most of them are on sale and come in larger ladies sizes, luckily you can buy a few and keep the best one. The links are added to the images.

These two are found on the Coldwater Creek website in the Sale section. They also offer free shipping when your order over $50 of merchandise.

Talbots carries TONS of sizes (which I just found out). Their sales dresses are fantastic!

Have you heard of eShakti? I just ordered some dresses from them!
They are offering a $20 gift certificate just for registering on their site, and if you search around on the internet you can find 10% off coupon codes. The awesome thing about eShakti is that they will customize your size, length, sleeve style, and more! I'll let you know how it turns out. I also like that many of the dresses are in cotton (great for summer!) and they have many adorable styles to choose from...not just black.

Well, those are my go-to sites of the moment to find cute dresses that are affordable! Especially if you are a size 14 and up and you don't want it to fit like a sack...hee hee.
I typically don't shop at the plus size stores because they are larger in the bosom then what I wear.

What's your dress shop choice?
